We safeguard student data and student portraits, and we are proud to help families in Central PA securely preserve these memories.   

We made a promise to partner with no more than 25 schools to ensure we deliver our high end service model, safeguard all of our images, and protect student data. We are family-owned and operated.

Student and athlete portraits are safeguarded for families and schools.  Images are shared for the purposes of school internal software, yearbook records, and to allow parents/guardians to purchase them. 

We’ve eliminated the risk of sending data via email and CDs/DVDs when transferring images into school Student Information Systems and yearbooks. Images are accessed via a secure Go Photo portal.

As a trusted partner to schools since 2011, we’re committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of every student. Go Photo never shares, sells, or licenses student images to any third party.

The owners and photographers, Ben and Wendy Kimble, provide background checks before they are authorized to work in a school.

We are advocates on issues that are most important to us and our schools – student data privacy and security are at the top of the list.

What student information do we request from our school partners?

We limit the information needed for school photo day. We require student name, grade, student ID number, homeroom teacher for efficient distribution within the school and for yearbook purposes.

We do not request or receive parent information, home address, contact numbers, or parent emails.

Student data is securely destroyed when no longer needed for portrait and school administrative services. While retained, it remains under GoPhoto’s control and treated as confidential information.
