Our biggest fear with selecting a new photographer for our school was the fear that customer service would not to be satisfactory. Go Photo has an excellent customer service policy and standard for their company. They truly put their clients first and maintain a priority to focus on customer service.

Ben and Wendy produce a great product and are always open to new ideas. Our parents are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and appreciate the fact that Go Photo has a vested interest in our school.

I would recommend Go Photo without reservation or hesitation. They are a joy to work with and have been a blessing to our school community.

Q2: What was your biggest fear before hiring me? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?

My biggest fear about going with Ben was his just coming back to the area and trying to do too many things as Ben was also working with a yearbook company. I had worked with Ben as a yearbook adviser and found him easy to work with so I wanted to work with him again. Ben assured me that he would devote the time needed to make his program successful for our school. Ben then changed his commitments focusing on the photography and has succeeded in providing our school excellent service when it comes to photography. The picture quality is excellent, the turn around time is great, and the costs are extremely competitive. Ben is accessible through email or phone whenever needed. He has been extremely accommodating. Our administration and office staff have commented on numerous occasions about how much they enjoy working with Ben and his staff.

Q3: What, specifically, is your favorite part of our services, and why?

My favorite parts of your service is how accessible and accommodating you have been. Whenever I need something, you have made sure to provide that service. Also, the students at our school have commented how much they like your staff. Because you are a smaller company, there is a more personal feel making it easier to develop a relationship, In the past, the company we used was so big that it was difficult to speak to the same person more than once. Photographers were different for every event, and some of them proved to be unfriendly or rude. Even if we requested certain photographers, we still received "luck of the draw" as the company stated they rotate their photographers.

Q4: If you were to recommend us to another principal or yearbook adviser, what would you say?

I would say that your company has provided us with excellent service and has met or surpassed our expectations. Parents, staff, and administration have appreciated how easy it has been to work with you. You have been accommodating and efficient in minimizing disruptions during the school day.

The unknown, we had always used the same company, with two names so I didn't know how the new company would work out. Everything with GoPhoto is amazing, Smaller is definitely better!

Fortunately for me, I had no real fear about the hiring since our yearbook adviser already knew you and had faith in your abilities. Since I trust my yearbook adviser, I didn't have any real concerns.

Q2: What, specifically, is your favorite part of our services, and why?

The thing that I have heard from school staff members as well as coaching staff is the friendliness of the photographers and the speed with which things are processed. Everything has gone very smoothly, we receive all of our photos and information in a timely fashion and when I have staff members actively seek me out to give a compliment to someone coming in from outside the district to perform a service, you know they must be impressed with the service! It is also helpful that the photos are good and that if we have had a concern or question about something, that has been handled in a timely fashion as well. ON a personal note I have always found Ben to be personable and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs and time frames.

Q3: If you were to recommend us to another principal or yearbook adviser, what would you say?

In my experience you can't go wrong with GoPhoto and Ben Kimble. Ben is great to work with, his staff has always been friendly, approachable, and accommodating of our schedule and our needs. Additionally, the quality and price of the photos is something that parents have liked and they particularly like the family pricing aspect.

Q1: What was your biggest fear before hiring me? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?

The unknown of a new company - will the set times be good, the package offered and the prices fair, the quality of the product, timing for return of ID cards and picture packets, if someone is not happy, how will that be addressed, how will it be to get information from you when necessary for setting up retakes, additional packages wanted, issues that may arise both with parents and here in the school. I was beyond pleased that absolutely none of my fears was a problem! GoPhoto is so very easy to work with- timely and great quality

Q2: What, specifically, is your favorite part of our services, and why?

Any issue that I have had come up is addressed very quickly - often in minutes of an email from myself. BUT the quality of the product is great and the mannerism of Ben and his associates in working with the students, staff and myself cannot be any friendlier.

Q3: If you were to recommend us to another principal or yearbook adviser, what would you say?

Ben and his associates are very friendly and easy to get along with while still being professional. Any questions or concerns that have come to my attention have been resolved very quickly. He keeps his appointment times and has gone out of his way to be accommodating to some of our students with issues. The quality of the product is great and his packages have nice selection. I was in receipt of our ID cards in a week, which is unheard of for me. GoPhoto with Ben Kimble is definitely a top choice from my perspective as secretary in the high school main office.

I thought GoPhoto would over promise and under deliver. Through working with GoPhoto, we added more pages, moved from soft to hard covers, and worked with software that is leaps and bounds ahead of our previous provider. However, I feel my colleague and I, with the help of Ben and GoPhoto, produced the best yearbook our building has ever seen.

Crystal clear photos, great candids, constant timely support, improved overall yearbook quality, greater efficiency than competitors and professional and fun relationships...other than that what else can you say.
